3. Izimo Zokusebenza Nge-Steam
- Lesi yisimo esiwusizo kuma-vortex flowmeters, afaneleka kakhulu ekulinganisweni komusi ogcwele kanye nomusi oshisayo kakhulu, njengomusi webhoyila ezitshalweni zamandla, umusi wokucubungula ezitshalweni zamakhemikhali, kanye nomusi ezihlelweni zokushisa.
- Ingamelana nokushisa okuphezulu kanye nokucindezela okuphezulu (ngokuvamile izinga lokushisa ≤ 400℃, ingcindezi ≤ 16MPa) ngokulahlekelwa yingcindezi ephansi, okunciphisa ukusetshenziswa kwamandla epayipi.
II. Izimo Zokusebenza Zamapayipi Nokufakwa
1. Izidingo Zobubanzi Bepayipi
- Ifanele ububanzi bepayipi obuphakathi kuya kobukhulu obune-DN ≥ 25mm (ngokuvamile i-DN25~DN3000). Ukunemba kokulinganisa ububanzi bepayipi elincane (DN < 25mm) kuphansi futhi akukhuthazwa.

2. Izidingo Zesigaba Sepayipi Eliqondile
- Kumelwe ihlangabezane nezidingo zobude bezingxenye zamapayipi aqondile ngaphambi nangemva kwemitha: ngokuvamile, phezulu ≥ izikhathi eziyi-10 zobubanzi bepayipi kanye naphansi ≥ izikhathi ezi-5 zobubanzi bepayipi (uma kungekho zingxenye zokuphazamiseka). III. Izimo Zokusebenza Zemvelo Nezinqubo
1. Izinga Lokushisa Nokucindezela
- Ibanga lokushisa: -40℃ ~400℃ (amamodeli ajwayelekile); amanye amamodeli okushisa okuphezulu angamelana namazinga okushisa aphezulu (isb., 550℃).
- Ububanzi bokucindezela: 0~16MPa (amamodeli ajwayelekile); amamodeli anomfutho ophezulu angahlangabezana nezimo zokusebenza ngokucindezela okungu-≤ 40MPa (isb., uketshezi olunomfutho ophezulu ezindaweni zikawoyela).
2. Izidingo Zemvelo
- Kufanelekela izindawo zezimboni ezivamile njengezindawo zokusebenzela ze-petrochemical, ugesi, kanye nezensimbi. Uma indawo inokudlidliza okunamandla (isb., eduze kwamaphampu), amadivayisi okunciphisa ukudlidliza kumele afakwe; ngaphandle kwalokho, ukudlidliza kuzophazamisa ukutholwa kwe-vortex futhi kubangele ukuzulazula kwedatha.
- Ingasetshenziswa ezimweni ezingaqhumi (kudingeka izinzwa ezingaqhumi), njengezindawo ezivuthayo neziqhumayo ezindaweni zikawoyela kanye nezitshalo zamakhemikhali.
IV. Ukuzivumelanisa Nezidingo Zokulawula Izinqubo
1. Uhla Lokugeleza
