(1) I-Ultrasonic flowmeter ingasetshenziswa ekulinganisweni okungekona ukuxhumana. I-clamping transducer I-Ultrasonic flowmeter ingafakwa ngaphandle kokumisa ipayipi lokugeleza, inqobo nje uma i-transducer ifakiwe ngaphandle kwepayipi elikhona. Lokhu kuyinzuzo yamamitha okugeleza e-ultrasonic kumamitha okugeleza ezimbonini, ngakho-ke ingasetshenziswa ekulinganisweni kokuhamba (okungukuthi, ukufakwa okungaguquki kwephuzu), futhi ifanele ukuhlolwa nokukalwa kwezimo zokugeleza kwenethiwekhi yamapayipi.
(2) I-Ultrasonic flowmeter ayiyona indlela yokulinganisa ukuvinjelwa kokugeleza, ayikho enye ingcindezi elahlekile.
(3) I-Ultrasonic flowmeter ifanelekela amapayipi amakhulu ayindilinga namapayipi angunxande, futhi ayinqunyelwe ububanzi bepayipi ngokomthetho, futhi ingabhekwa njengokukhetha okuthandwayo uma kungenakukwazi ukufeza ukuqinisekiswa kokugeleza kwangempela.
(4) Ama-flowmeter e-Ultrasonic angalinganisa uketshezi olungahambisi ugesi, futhi ayisengezo kuma-flowmeter e-electromagnetic ngokwesilinganiso sokugeleza okungavinjelwe.
(5) Amanye ama-flowmeter e-ultrasonic esikhathi sokuhamba afakwe umsebenzi wokulinganisa isikhathi sokuhamba kwamagagasi omsindo, angalinganisa isivinini somsindo woketshezi ukuze kutholakale uhlobo loketshezi olulinganiswayo.
(6) I-flowmeter ye-ultrasonic yesikhathi sokuhamba ingasetshenziswa kuphela ukuhlanza uketshezi.
(7) Ama-flowmeter e-Ultrasonic anama-transducer angaphandle aboshwe awakwazi ukusetshenziselwa amapayipi ane-lining noma scaling ewugqinsi kakhulu, futhi awakwazi ukusetshenziselwa amapayipi lapho i-lining (noma ungqimba lokugqwala) lususwa odongeni lwangaphakathi lwepayipi (uma kukhona igesi ku-sandwich, isignali ye-ultrasonic inciphile kakhulu) noma ukugqwala kukhulu (kushintsha indlela yokusabalala kwe-ultrasonic).
