Ama-flowmeter kagesi ahlanzekile (ama-EMF) abonisa izinzuzo ezingenakuphikwa ezimbonini ezifana nokudla, imithi, kanye nobunjiniyela bezinto eziphilayo, ngenxa yesakhiwo sawo, izinto zokwakha, kanye nokusebenza kwawo okwenzelwe ngqo izidingo zokuhlanzeka okuphezulu. Izinzuzo zawo eziyinhloko zingahlukaniswa ngezigaba ezinhlanu ezibalulekile:
1. Ukuthobela Imithetho Ephakeme Yenhlanzeko: Ukuhlangabezana Nezindinganiso Zemboni Eziqinile
Lena inzuzo eyinhloko yama-EMF ahlanzekile. Kusukela ezintweni zokwakha kuya esakhiweni, yonke into yokuklama igxile “ekulweni nokungcola kanye nokuhlanza okulula,” okuhambisana ngokugcwele nemithethonqubo yokuhlanzeka ezimbonini zokudla, zemithi, kanye nezimboni ezifanayo.
1.1 Izinto Zokudla/Ezemithi Ezisezingeni Eliphezulu
Izingxenye ezibalulekile ezithinta uketshezi (ishubhu lokulinganisa, ama-electrode, i-liner) zenziwe ngezinto eziqinisekiswe yizindinganiso zokuhlanzeka zamazwe ngamazwe/zasekhaya:
- Ishubhu Lendlu/Lokulinganisa: Insimbi engagqwali engu-316L (okuqukethwe okuphansi kwekhabhoni, ukumelana nokugqwala okuphezulu, ukuvimbela ukuphuma kwe-ion yensimbi ukuze kungcolise uketshezi).
- I-Liner: Izinto ezingasebenzi njenge-PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) kanye ne-FEP (i-fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer), ezingezona ezinobuthi, ezingamunci, futhi ezingangeni ngamakhemikhali ekudleni nasemithini.
- Izimpawu: I-EPDM (i-ethylene propylene diene monomer) noma irabha ye-silicone, ehambisana ne-FDA (US Food and Drug Administration), i-EU 10/2011 (i-EU Regulation on Food Contact Materials), noma izimfuneko ze-GMP (i-Good Manufacturing Practice).
1.2 Isakhiwo Esingenasikhala Esifile Futhi Esilula Ukusihlanza
- Umklamo Ohlanganisiwe Ngokugcwele: Udonga lwangaphakathi lwepayipi lokulinganisa lubushelelezi kakhulu (ubulukhuni Ra ≤ 0.8μm) alunamigodi, imicu, noma izikhala ezifile ze-flange (“azikho izindawo zokugcina”), okugwema izinsalela zezinto ezibonakalayo, ukukhula kwamagciwane, noma ukungcola okuwelanayo.
- Ukuhambisana kwe-CIP/SIP: Kusekela i-Clean-in-Place (CIP) kanye ne-Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) ngaphandle kokuyiqaqa. Ukuhlanza/ukubulala amagciwane kungaqedwa kusetshenziswa uketshezi lokuhlanza olunokushisa okuphezulu, olunomfutho ophezulu (isb., izixazululo ze-alkaline/acid) noma umusi, okuvumela ukushintsha okusheshayo kokuhlanzeka ekukhiqizweni kweqoqo.
2. Ukulinganisa Okunembile Nokuzinzile: Akuthinteki Izakhiwo Zoketshezi
Ngokusekelwe esimisweni sokungeniswa kwe-electromagnetic (uMthetho kaFaraday wokungeniswa kwe-Electromagnetic), ukusebenza kwayo kokulinganisa akuthintwa yi-viscosity yoketshezi, ubuningi, izinga lokushisa, noma ingcindezi—okufanelekile ekulinganiseni uketshezi oluyinkimbinkimbi ezimbonini zezempilo.
2.1 Ukunemba Okuphezulu Kokulinganisa
Ukunemba okuvamile kufinyelela ku-±0.5%, kanti amamodeli aphezulu afinyelela ku-±0.2%, ahlangabezana nezidingo zomthamo oqinile wokugcwalisa ukudla, ukuhlanganisa imithi (isb., ukulawula umthamo wesiphuzo esisebhodleleni, ukulinganisa isixazululo esijovwe ngemijovo).
2.2 Ububanzi Bokusabalala
Ukukwazi ukujikeleza kuze kufike ku-100:1 (noma ngaphezulu) kwenza kube lula ukulinganisa okuzinzile kokubili ukugeleza okuphansi (isb., umjovo omncane wokwengeza) kanye nokugeleza okuphezulu (isb., ukudluliselwa kwezinto eziphambili zepayipi), kususa isidingo sokushintsha imishini njalo.
2.3 Amandla Aqinile Okumelana Nokuphazamiseka
- Umklamo we-EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) owakhelwe ngaphakathi umelana nokuphazamiseka okuvela emishinini yezimboni efana nama-motor kanye nama-frequency converter.
- Igcina isilinganiso esizinzile soketshezi oluqukethe izinhlayiya ezincane (isb., izingcezu zezithelo ku-yogurt, izinto ezilengisiwe ezisetshenziswa emithini) noma inani elincane lamabhamuza (uma okuqukethwe okuqinile kungadluli umkhawulo, ngokuvamile <10%).
3. Ukugcinwa Okuphansi kanye Nokuphila Isikhathi Eside: Ukunciphisa Izindleko Zokusebenza
Njengoba ingenazo izingxenye zemishini ezihambayo (isb. ama-turbine, ama-impeller), inciphisa kakhulu izingozi zokwehluleka njengokuguguleka nokuvaleka, okunciphisa kakhulu izindleko zokulungisa.
3.1 Izingxenye Ezimbalwa Zokuguguleka kanye Nezinga Eliphansi Lokwehluleka
Ama-flowmeter endabuko emishini (isb., ama-flowmeter e-turbine) athembele ezingxenyeni ezijikelezayo ezivame ukwehluleka ngenxa yokuguguleka koketshezi kanye nokuguguleka kwezinhlayiya, okudinga ukushintshwa njalo. Ama-EMF ahlanzekile asebenzisa ama-electrode kuphela ekuqalisweni kwesignali, ngaphandle kokuguguleka kwemishini, kanye nokuphila kwenkonzo okungaphezu kweminyaka eyi-10.
3.2 Ukulungiswa Okulula
- Akukho ukuhlukaniswa okuvamile kokulinganisa (amanye amamodeli asekela ukulinganisa endaweni).
- Ama-Electrode Okuzihlanza: Imiklamo efana nama-electrode okuklwebha noma ama-electrode okudlidliza avame kakhulu avimbela ukukhuhla ezindaweni zama-electrode okubangelwa uketshezi oluqinile (isb., uju, amasoso), okunciphisa imvamisa yokuhlanza ngesandla.
3.3 Ukuzivumelanisa Nezimo Zokusebenza Ezinzima
Imelana namazinga okushisa aphezulu (kufika ku-150°C, ifanelekela ukubulala amagciwane e-SIP) kanye nokucindezela okuphezulu (1.6MPa njengejwayelekile, ingenziwa ngokwezifiso ukuze ibhekane nokucindezela okuphezulu), futhi imelana nokugqwala kwe-asidi/alkali—ilungele ukubulala amagciwane ekudleni, ukubulala amagciwane kwemithi, kanye nezinye izinqubo ezinzima.
4. Ukuhambisana Okuqinile Kwenqubo: Ukuzivumelanisa Nokukhiqiza Okuzenzakalelayo
Ama-EMF ahlanzekile awawona nje “amathuluzi okulinganisa” kodwa futhi ayizingodo eziyinhloko ezinhlelweni zokulawula izinqubo zokukhiqiza, ahlanganiswa kalula emigqeni yokukhiqiza yesimanje.
4.1 Ukuphuma Kwesignali Nokuxhumana Okuguquguqukayo
Isekela amasignali ajwayelekile e-analog (4-20mA), amasignali edijithali (RS485/Modbus, HART, Profibus), futhi ingaxhuma ngqo kuma-PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), i-DCS (Distributed Control Systems), noma isofthiwe yokuphatha ukukhiqiza yokuqapha ukugeleza kwesikhathi sangempela, ukuqopha, kanye nokulandeleka.
4.2 Usekelo Lokulawula Oluvaliwe
Uma ihlanganiswa nama-actuator afana nama-valve, yakha uhlelo oluvaliwe "lokulawula ukugeleza" ukulungisa ngokuzenzakalelayo isivinini sokudlulisa izinto (isb., ukulawula isilinganiso ekuhlanganisweni kokudla, ukuyeka kokuqala kwenani ekugcwaliseni imithi), ukuthuthukisa ukuzenzekela kokukhiqiza.
4.3 Ukufakwa Okuncane, Okuguquguqukayo, Nokulula
Iqukethe izindlela zokuxhumanisa ngendle njenge-Tri-Clamp kanye nama-flange afaneleka ngokushesha ukuze kufakwe/kuqaqwe ngokushesha, kuvumelaniswe nezakhiwo zamapayipi amancane ezindaweni zokusebenzela zokudla/zemithi. Amanye amamodeli asekela ukufakwa okuvundlile, okuqondile, noma okuthambekele (kudingeka ukugeleza kwamapayipi agcwele).
5. Ukuphepha Nokuthembeka: Ukuvikela Ukukhiqiza Nekhwalithi Yomkhiqizo
5.1 Akukho Ingozi Yokungcoliswa Kwesibili
Ukukhethwa kwezinto ezingasebenzi kanye nesakhiwo esingenasikhala esifile kususa ukungcola koketshezi oluvela emishinini (isb., ukukhucululwa kwama-ion ensimbi, ukukhula kwamagciwane), kuqinisekisa ukuphepha kokudla kanye nemithi.
5.2 Umklamo Ongavimbeli Ukuqhuma Nokungangeni Manzi
Amamodeli angaqhumi (isb., Ex d IIB T4, Ex ia IIC T6) ayatholakala ezimweni ezivuthayo/eziqhumayo (isb., ukukhiqizwa kotshwala). Indlu ithola ukuvikelwa kwe-IP67/IP68, ivumelana nezimo ze-workshop ezinomswakama, ezinothuli.
5.3 Ukulandelelwa Kwedatha
Amanye amamodeli afaka imisebenzi yokugcina idatha ukuze aqophe idatha yokugeleza komlando kanye namalogi e-CIP/SIP, ahlangabezana nezidingo "zokulandelela umjikelezo wokuphila konke" ezimbonini zokudla nezokwelapha (isb., i-FDA 21 CFR Ingxenye 11 yamarekhodi kagesi).
Isifinyezo: Inani Eliyinhloko Lama-Sanitary Electromagnetic Flowmeters
Uma kuqhathaniswa nama-EMF ajwayelekile ezimboni, inzuzo yawo eyinhloko itholakala "ekufezeni iziqinisekiso ezimbili 'zokuthobela imithetho yokuhlanzeka' kanye 'nokuguquguquka kwenqubo' ngenkathi kuqinisekiswa ukulinganisa okunembile".
